    • Pathways is a residential service for individuals learning to manage life with mental health problems.

      The service operates 365 days a year; with a member of staff on duty at all times from 8am to 10pm.  

      We are currently seeking individuals who can provide cover for evenings and weekends on a casual/bank basis. Cover will often be required a short notice, therefore the role will likely suit someone who lives within close proximity of Bexhill on Sea.

      This role is likely to be of interest to those who have experience working with people with additional support needs or those who would like to gain experience in this field. On a day to day basis you will be supporting residents to gain a range of skills from cooking to engaging with the wider community, supporting them to maximise their income to teaching DIY skills and more.

      Working at Pathways you will earn annual leave (based on hours worked), plus a full support package via supervision and team working, be part of a friendly and dynamic team, access to training, experience working with vulnerable people and a friendly but sometimes challenging working environment.
